Winter catalog (mid Jan-March): October 1st

Spring catalog (late April-June): January 15th

Fall catalog (mid Sept-mid Dec): June 1st

This form is for NEW proposals for the WINTER. Please do not fill out this form for a class you are currently teaching or have taught in the past, unless you are significantly changing the format. Instead, email and indicate you would like to teach your class again in the next term.

This is where we will send the check at the end of the term.

Our fees tend to end in 4s or 9s.
Please provide the cost per student for materials. Do not include this cost in the course fee.
MALT has a minimum of 4-5 students for the class to run
If you have your own Zoom account, you will be responsible for creating the Zoom link, sharing that with your students, and with the MALT office.
